Conservation Partners

In August, NCLC held a joint work party with staff from Lewis and Clark National Historical Park at our Blind Slough Swamp Habitat Reserve. During the late summer season, we are often targeting purple loosestrife along waterways.

The Haystack Rock Awareness Program (HRAP) partners with our Marine Program each spring to provide a training for prospective Tidepool Ambassador Program (TAP) volunteers. While the training takes place at Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach, our volunteers spend the summer as tidepool ambassadors at Cape Falcon Marine Reserve.

Sharing time and expertise to promote common goals

At North Coast Land Conservancy, we are big proponents of collaboration, and we aim to approach coastal conservation in a cooperative manner.
